This tool, built on the Oracle Business Process Architect, allows both Dileoz to implement quickly and structured HR implementations, and also allows the customer to have access to all documentation of all processes and all the customization through easy and quick reference.

The existing HR application is analysed through the use of a number of tools. In this way the client gets an overview of the existing implemented versions, the implemented customizations and the HR processes which have been deployed. The benefits are enormous. The client is able to easily obtain a view on his current HR processes and is rendered the possibility to correct those if wanted. Tailoring becomes visible and verifiable through version management.

How does this work?

By using a program Dileoz (or the client) is able to map customizations. These customizations consist of all changes versus the original "Vanilla" package. The customizations are presented in categories in a BPA tool (graphical tool in which the HR processes are stored). The tailoring is mapped to the equivalent HR process. This procedure allows the client to obtain a transparent overview of his system including all of the tailoring and subsequent documentation.
