Guido is master in IT and physical education. He started his career as a teacher. Soon his career took an "IT" turn during the 1990 ties he was IT responsible for the Belgian Ministry of Justice. In the year 2000 starts his career in the private sector with the Vlimpers success. (Flemish HR system for the Flemish employees) Together with Tim, Bulent and David he obtained various successes (during his career at Siemens and later, at EDS)

In 2008 they decided to go to market themselves with their own company which is putting the emphasis on being client focused.
